Specific implementation method of Pingxiang Port Customs clearance:
（1） Priority traffic. All enterprises listed in the white list shall submit the customs clearance vehicle plan to the Pingxiang Municipal Administration of Commerce and ports one day before customs clearance, and the port administration department shall make an overall arrangement for the vehicles of enterprises listed in the white list to have priority in customs clearance.
（2） Pass by grades. Vehicles with a value of more than 800000 US dollars / set from enterprises on the white list shall be declared for exit upon arrival; Vehicles with a value of less than 800000 US dollars / set from enterprises on the white list shall be declared to leave the country within 3 days after arriving at the freight yard.
（3） Exceptions take precedence. For enterprises not included in the white list, vehicles with a single cargo value of more than 800000 US dollars / set (including 800000 US dollars) are deemed to enjoy the priority customs clearance policy of the white list, and the single customs clearance shall be implemented in accordance with paragraph (2) of this article.
（4） Reasonable diversion. Youyi customs port gives priority to ensuring the customs clearance needs of bonded logistics white list enterprises. In the case of limited traffic volume at Youyi customs port, white list enterprises of other trade modes should accept the overall scheduling of the port management department, and try to use Puzhai freight dedicated channel and Shuikou, Aidian port for customs clearance.
